EFx Boston is a day-long professional development conference for mechanical engineering students from all over New England! On March 14, 2020, EFx Boston will bring together students and company representatives for workshops, a design challenge, speaker series, and networking opportunities, right on Northeastern University’s campus.
These events will give students the opportunity to showcase their skills, learn directly from industry professionals, and expand their networks. We’re inviting students all over New England, including students from Northeastern University, Boston University, MIT, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Tufts University, and UMass. All are welcome!
There will also be representatives from industry leaders, such as Bose, SharkNinja, Flex, DrinkWorks, and IDEXX to name a few! This is a great chance to create relationships that could lead to future internships and job offers, so be sure to bring your resume and be ready to meet companies from a variety of industries.
Get inspired with a keynote address from Northeastern’s Professor Andrew Gouldstone, Director of the Sherman Center for Engineering Entrepreneurship. He will be picking your brain by exploring how to make the most of engineering. We’re also excited to announce we’ll also be hosting a student speaker series, filled with talks from student representatives from Northeastern, Tufts, MIT, and Wentworth!
