DESCRIPTION:ADDITIVELY MANUFACTURED ELECTRONICS (AME) – THE NEXT GENERATION OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIRCUITS FROM 2D TO 3D \nAME Academy will be delivering a 1 day event at Northeastern University\, Boston MA on July 29\, 2022. \nJoin the team of experts led by electronics industry veteran Mr. Gene Weiner\, member of the IPC’s Raymond E. Pritchard Hall of Fame\, who will present “The Impact of AME Technology and Other Technical Advances for Manufacturing Electronic Circuits.” \nHe will be joined by other leading AME experts from industry and academia from around the world to talk about packaging\, materials\, testing\, and CAD tools. The applications cases to be presented will include biomedical\, RF/mmWave\, and robotics devices and systems. \nYou can attend in-person or online at no charge. \nRefreshments and lunch will be provided.
