DESCRIPTION:The ALERT (Awareness and Localization of Explosives-Related Threats) Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence at Northeastern University is launching a free online summer series titled\, SPARC (Seminars to Promote ALERT Research and Collaboration). SPARC will give attendees a preview of ALERT’s work with industry and government stakeholders. The presentation titled\, “Sparse Angle Volumetric Reconstruction for Air Cargo CT” will be presented by Professor David Castañón of and François Zayek of Astrophysics Inc.
