Gupta Gives Plenary Keynote at International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management
MIE Professor Surendra M. Gupta gave a plenary keynote speech on November 28, 2019 at the International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, titled “Recent Areas of Academic Research in Environment Conscious Manufacturing and Future Trends”. His talk accentuated the state of the art in various areas of environment conscious manufacturing such as sustainability, lean manufacturing, reverse supply chain and remanufacturing as well as opportunities for future research.
