Matteo Rinaldi's Northeastern Sensors & Nano Systems Laboratory Featured in Nanowerk Spotlight Article

ECE Assistant Professor Matteo Rinaldi's work on graphene electrodes and piezoelectric NEMS resonators with his Northeastern Sensors & Nano Systems Laboratory (NS&NS) was featured in a recent Spotlight article on Nanowerk.com. The article, titled "Graphene electrodes revolutionize the scaling of piezoelectric NEMS resonators," explains how he is using an atomically thin graphene layer as an electrode in piezoelectric NEMS resonators.
