NU sets record attendance at the International Materials Research Conference in Mexico
With 15 presentations, NEU will establish a new record number of presentations at the 25th Anniversary of the International Materials Research Conference in Cancun, Mexico next week. Talks will be given by faculty and students in ChE, MIE, and elsewhere. Prof. Webster (ChE) will be giving the keynote address in the Harnessing Surface Topography and Mechanics to Control Cellular Responses Symposium. Prof. Kar (Physics) will be giving an invited talk in the Nanostructured Materials and Nanotechnology Symposium. Such an increased presence demonstrates NEU's growing international leadership in materials science and engineering.
