The Cooperative Education Program at Northeastern University, also known as a “co-op,” is one of the largest and most innovative in the world, and Northeastern is one of only a few that offers a Co-op Program for Graduate Students. Junfeng Ian Ouyang, MS’25, information systems (Seattle, WA), and Jamin Yang, MS’25, information systems (Arlington, VA), were recipients of the 2026 Outstanding Global Network Student Award, which recognizes students pursing Master’s or Professional Doctorate degrees in studies at one of Northeastern’s network campuses and who have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following areas: academics, research, leadership, teaching or impact.
