All events will be held at International Village Building, Northeastern University Campus, except the Banquet event.

Social Program

Welcome Reception will be held from 18:30 - 20:30 in the Bamboo Garden located on the 2nd floor of International Village on the first day of the Workshop on June 22, 2012. The Bamboo Garden is accessible from inside the building, with doors nearby the elevators opening to the garden. The organizers will welcome the guests at the Reception.

Each guest will be asked to show his/her badge to attend the reception.

 

Banquet will take place on the second day of the Workshop on June 23, 2012 from 18:00 to 21:00. The guests are asked to be present at the banquet event location (to be announced) at 18:00. Details will be communicated to the guests.

Hands-on Demonstrations Program

Several researchers will demonstrate experimental results, movies of experiments, and numerical tools related to time delay systems research. This event will take place in exhibit rooms #14-16-18 on June 22, 2012 from 16:45 to 18:15.

Instructions:

1. We are planning to have small posters to be pinned on the wall right behind your table. Click here for a template.

2. Please send us a one paragraph (up to 100 words) description of your demonstration, latest by one week prior to the workshop.
