Tag used to define the RNTI and LC id for each MAC packet trasmitted

Doxygen introspection did not find any typical Config paths.

Attributes

rnti: The rnti that indicates the UE to which packet belongs
- Set with class: ns3::UintegerValue
- Underlying type: uint16_t 0:65535
- Flags: read
lcid: The id whithin the UE identifying the logical channel to which the packet belongs
- Set with class: ns3::UintegerValue
- Underlying type: uint8_t 0:255
- Flags: read
