We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to you for the upcoming Welcome Reception located at Northeastern University’s East Village. Get ready to kick off WoWMoM 2023 in style and join us for an unforgettable evening of celebration, networking, and camaraderie.

Boston Harbor Sunset Cruise

Join us on the sightseeing cruise along the stunning vistas of Boston's captivating skyline and the iconic USS Constitution during the sunset.

During the 90-minute sunset cruise, you will showcase both historical landmarks and modern marvels while enjoying a variety of snacks and beverages. This is an opportunity for networking with industry peers.

4:45 PM – Poster and Demo Presentation Ends

5:00 PM - 5:20 PM - Board Charter Bus outside Egan Research Center (120 Forsyth Street, Boston, MA 02115)

5:20 PM - Charter Bus leaves for Rowes Wharf

6:00 PM - 6:45 PM - Board Cruise

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Dinner Cruise around Boston Harbor

If you plan to get to the place on your own, please remember the dates and times to avoid missing the trip. For Demo and Poster Presenters: We request that you wrap up your presentations by 4:45 PM as boarding on the bus for the dinner cruise will begin at 5:00 PM. We ask you don’t take your posters and/or demos back to your hotels, as it may result in missing the bus to the dinner cruise. Our volunteers will be available to assist you in carrying your posters and/or demos to locked storage inside Egan Research Center. You can collect your materials the following day between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
