MES/COS/CEE Professor Aron Stubbins will be presenting on our use of sales data to estimate the inputs of plastic packaging into waste streams and the environment. The datasets are cool to play with – daily consumer sales data and home panel data, 3 digit zip code spatial resolution across the US (global data available too), daily temporal resolution, for about decade.
