Northeastern’s College of Engineering is in a period of dynamic growth. We are hiring several tenured and tenure-track positions at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels, aligned with research themes of network engineering, mechanobiology, nanosystems and semiconductors, and geotechnical engineering for sustainability and climate resilience. Among these positions, several are for our network campuses including London and Oakland. In addition, we have two chairs’ positions open. We also support joint appointments with other colleges on research themes of AI, XR, and plant science.

- Assistant/Associate/Full Professor – Mechanical and Industrial Engineering – Oakland, tenure or tenure-track position in the broad area of semiconductor manufacturing.
College of Arts, Media and Design
- Open Rank (Tenured or Tenure Track) Professor of Advanced Technologies, Manufacturing, and Materials for Sustainable Architecture, tenure or tenure-track position in advanced technologies, manufacturing, and materials in relationship to sustainability, affordability, resilience, and health in the built environment, whose tenure home will reside in the School of Architecture, with a potential joint appointment in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

- Assistant/Associate/Full Teaching Professor – Mechanical and Industrial Engineering/Semiconductor – Oakland, non-tenure-track position with a focus in Semiconductor Engineering.
- Assistant/Associate/Full Teaching Professor – Multidisciplinary Graduate Engineering – Miami, non-tenure-track position with general areas of focus in Application Engineering & Development, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning platforms, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, as well as Data Architecture & Engineering.
