We aim to empower fellow students with essential skills, from core technical abilities to the confidence needed for articulating ideas and beliefs effectively. By helping members tap into their full potential, we equip them to tackle real-world problems with skill and self-assurance.

When one woman helps another, amazing things can happen. We aim to Encourage and Build a strong community for our fellow women, over a broad spectrum, right from building strong fundamental technical skills to being articulate and confident about expressing their ideas and beliefs – enabling them to tap into their potential, their wisdom and apply it to real-world problem-solving.

We welcome every graduate woman in the technical domain looking for a place to start or connect with her peers through the technical and skill-shaping workshops, and personality-tuning events organized by the club.
