Join the Galante Engineering Business Program as we welcome Leila Daneshmandi, Ph.D., COO and Co-Founder of Encapsulate Inc. Leila will share insights into strategic agility and innovation in entrepreneurship, drawing from her experiences as a first-time founder. In addition to leading Encapsulate Inc., Leila also serves as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Hub, Assistant Professor in Residence in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Co-Director of the Nursing and Engineering Innovation Center at the University of Connecticut.
