Busnaina speaks at iMAPS 43rd New England Symposium

MIE Distinguished University Professor Ahmed Busnaina is giving the keynote presentation at the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (iMAPS) 43rd New England Symposium on May 3, 2016.

Prof. Busnaina will speak on the topic of “A Trillion Sensors for Health Care”. The symosium focuses on current trends in microelectronics assembly and packaging technologies. Advanced sensors for healthcare are a major opportunity for growth and business development for this sector, especially given the high levels of health-related R&D in Massachusetts.
