CEE PhD student David Vines-Cavanaugh wins Young Researcher Award

CEE Ph.D. student David Vines-Cavanaugh, advised by Ming Wang and Ralf Birken, won first place for the Young Researcher Award at the International Symposium on Non-Destructive Testing in Civil Engineering (NDT-CE 2015) in Berlin, Germany earlier this month for his presentation on the paper on “City-Wide Application of a Vehicle-Mounted Multi-Sensor Pavement Monitoring System,” authored by David Vines-Cavanaugh, Salar Shahini Shamsabadi, Yubo Zhao, Guoqiang Huang, Sara Wadia-Fascetti, Gunar Schirner, Ralf Birken, and Ming Wang.
