Congratulations to John Oldham
John Oldham, a Chemical Engineering PhD student, is the recipient of the Dissertation Writing Fellowship for the 2009 Summer Semester. The award is sponsored by the Office of the Provost and offers financial support to Ph.D. candidates so they may spend their final semester writing.
The fellowship is available to currently enrolled Ph.D. students at Northeastern who have completed all course requirements including comprehensive exams and dissertation proposal defense (if required), and are nearing completion of their dissertation. The fellowships are awarded on a competitive basis.
He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is currently working on his PhD.
