Heydari Voted as CESUN Chair-Elect

MIE Associate Professor Babak Heydari was voted as chair-elect of the executive committee for the Council of Engineering Systems Universities (CESUN), with the anticipation of assuming the chair position in 2020. Heydari will be forming a new research committee for CESUN that will be responsible for defining key areas of CESUN research and create a multi-institute dialogue and set of activities on multi-disciplinary research of socio-technical engineering systems. The Council of Engineering Systems Universities (CESUN) is a self-organized group of over 50 universities and partner organizations working together to further develop engineering systems as a field of study.
