ITE Recognized for Outstanding Service

The Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) student chapter received the Student Chapter of the Year Award, was recognized by ITE’s District 1 for their work over the past year. District 1 consists of 3 sections in 8 States in the Northeast, including the New England states, Upstate New York, New York City, Northern New Jersey, Long Island, and New York City. The award cites the chapter’s outstanding service to its members. ITE’s 2012-2103 presidents, Douglas Halpert and Emily Boley, accepted the award at the District meeting held in May 2013. This is the second year in a row that the student chapter received the award. Congratulations to the students for their accomplishments, and to Professor Daniel M. Dulaski, the student chapter advisor.
