Leo M. Falicov Student Award Winner
Zhuhua Cai, a Chemical Engineering PhD student, received The Leo M. Falicov Student Award from the Magnetic Interfaces & Nanostructures Division at the National AVS meeting for her presentation on MBE Integration of BaM on Wide Bandgap 6H-SiC.
Congratulations to Zhuhua Cai, recipient of the Leo M. Falicov Student Award at the National AVS Meeting for her presentation on MBE Integration of BaM on Wide Bandgap 6H-SiC. The Falicov award is intended to recognize outstanding research performed by a graduate student in areas of interest to the Magnetic Interfaces & Nanostructures Division. Finalists were selected on the basis of abstract submission, and the winner was selected on the basis of the oral presentation, considering quality of research and clarity of presentation. Zhuhua Cai is a fourth year chemical engineering Ph.D. graduate student working under the advisement of Prof. Kate Ziemer.
