Weng Wins ASPB Charles Albert Shull Award
COS/BioE Professor Jing-Ke Weng has been selected as the recipient of the annual Charles Albert Shull Award from the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB). The international distinction recognizes early-to-mid-career scientists who have made outstanding, innovative investigations in the field of plant biology.
The award honors the legacy of Dr. Charles A. Shull, a foundational figure in plant physiology. As part of the recognition, Weng will receive a monetary prize and a formal invitation to deliver a featured research address to the scientific community at the society’s upcoming annual meeting.
