Ashwin D’Sousa is a technology leader specializing in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and enterprise integrations. As Lead of Professional Services & Integrations at AVRL, he drives AI-powered voice interface solutions, enhancing NLP and speech recognition for global enterprises. In addition to his industry role, Ashwin is an Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University.

Previously, he was a Lead Software Engineer at IDEMIA, leading cross-functional teams across the US, Dubai, and India in optimizing electronic payment systems. Earlier, he developed ACL and CRM solutions at RPISE & Reliance.

Ashwin holds an MS in Information Systems from Northeastern University, where he contributed to HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications. Passionate about AI innovation, enterprise solutions, and education, he continues to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world applications.
