Siddhartha Ghosh
Assistant Professor, Electrical and Computer Engineering
Research Focus
Acousto-optic and acousto-electric signal processing devices, integrated photonics, piezoelectric MEMS, oscillator-based computing, nanofabrication techniques and heterogeneous material integration
About
Siddhartha Ghosh received a BS degree from Cornell University in 2007, an M.S.E. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011, and a PhD degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015—all in electrical engineering. From 2015 to 2020 he was a member of the technical staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He joined Northeastern’s Electrical and Computer Engineering department in January 2021. His research interests include piezoelectric MEMS, acousto-optic and acousto-electric signal processing devices, oscillator-based computing, nanofabrication techniques and heterogeneous material integration. He has authored more than 20 journal and conference publications and is the co-inventor of two patents.
