Nichole Graham

About

Nichole Graham is a Human Resources Director at Xenon Pharmaceuticals and an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University College of Engineering. She earned her MBA from UMass Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.

For over 22 years, she has worked in Change Management, Relationship Management, Future of Work, Organizational Design and Development. She is passionate about building and driving new and impactful programs. She enjoys working with her students to push boundaries and question conventional thinking, and she admires the enthusiasm and energy of the Northeastern community.
