About
Dr. Thomas Keller earned his PhD from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in 2023 with a research focus on sustainable permanent magnet materials. His dissertation work resulted in numerous publications as well as a patent for a new type of rare-earth free permanent magnet. His research interests include Materials Science, Computational Modeling, Magnetic Materials, Additive Manufacturing, and Industrial Ecology.
Thomas brings to the engineering team a deep understanding of microstructure-property relationships and a passion for creating a cutting-edge circular manufacturing hub here in Maine. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys running and biking around Portland, rock climbing, and playing several musical instruments.
