Neeresh Padmanabhan is a dynamic UX leader with over two decades of experience shaping user-centered designs and empowering diverse teams. Currently the Director of UX Design & Research at Automation Anywhere, he drives innovation through Generative AI initiatives and strategic product enhancements. Previously, as Head of Global Design & Research at Amazon, Neeresh played a pivotal role in international retail expansions and cross-border commerce. A recognized thought leader and six-time patent holder, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative, award-winning products and is Northeastern’s chapter member at the National Academy of Inventors. Passionate about mentorship, Neeresh also teaches UX principles to graduate students at Northeastern University, blending industry insight with academic rigor.
