About
Lauren Pamas joins the College of Engineering after being with NU for nearly eight years where she has excelled in various capacities within HR, compliance, finance, and operations. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, she has demonstrated expertise in strategic recruitment, talent assessment, and diversity hiring initiatives, resulting in substantial cost savings and increased representation from marginalized backgrounds. As a Human Resources Associate and Business Operations Coordinator, she streamlined processes and fostered collaboration across cultures and countries. Lauren holds a BS from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Northeastern University. She has been recognized for her contributions with awards such as the Northeastern University CONNECTS Award from the College of Science and has interests in soccer, bikepacking, international travel, practicing Spanish and salsa, and reading historical fiction. Fun fact: Lauren recently biked from Boston to Montreal with the Boston Cyclist Union!
