Dr. Safeeullah Soomro holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. He also earned his PhD in Computer Science from Graz University of Technology, Austria. Dr. Soomro has delivered numerous invited and keynote speeches at various international conferences. With over 20 years of work experience in both the public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally, he has developed extensive skills in teaching, analytical work, research, evaluation, and management. Additionally, he holds a teaching qualification from the Higher Education Academy as a Senior Fellow HEA UK, which ensures a high standard of teaching and research in higher education institutions. His expertise in management and systems is supported by both academic research and industry experience, with a proven track record of translating research findings into actionable insights and best practices for organizational effectiveness and strategic decision-making. His industry experience in health, telecom, and technology services further enhances his ability to bridge theory and practice. Dr. Soomro’s scholarly work is indexed by several international agencies, including Scopus, DBLP, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, and ResearcherID.
