COE Celebration 2026

The COE Celebrations are an exciting time for the College of Engineering Class of 2026 to come together to acknowledge the culmination of their time at Northeastern. The COE Celebrations are an intimate, informal event where family and friends are invited to celebrate with their graduate.

All College Celebrations will be held at the Leader Bank Pavillion unless otherwise noted.

Please check your email and this page regularly for updates. Kindly read our FAQs below first, but if you have any additional questions regarding the COE celebration events at Leader Bank Pavillion, you may email coe-events@northeastern.edu.

The COE celebrations will be live-streamed on the commencement website.

FAQs for Graduates & Guests

How do I register for the COE Celebration and claim guest tickets?

Once you submit your application to graduate via the Registrar, you will receive an email from commencement@northeastern.edu through Tassel to register/ RSVP for your celebration.

Tassel registration is now open. Please check your Northeastern email and follow instructions in the email. If you have not received this email, check to make sure you submitted your application to graduate.

Please allow 1 week after you submit your application to graduate to receive this email.

Submitting this registration form will confirm your attendance at the celebration and is where you will be able to claim your guest tickets (up to 4 tickets per graduate).

How do I get my cap and gown?

Members of the graduating class, except military personnel in uniform, are required to wear academic regalia to the COE Celebration.

A link to order your cap and gown will be available after you complete the Tassel registration. Cap and gown pickup will be coordinated by the University Commencement Office.

Please remember you need to keep your regalia to attend the University Commencement at Fenway Park on Wednesday April 29, 2026.

Refer to the university commencement website for more information about regalia and commencement activities.

How many guest tickets am I eligible to claim?

You can claim up to four guest tickets in your Tassel registration for the celebration. Please check your Northeastern email for all communications.

Can I claim extra guest tickets?

Ticket allocation is based on the number of graduating students and venue capacity.  If you would like to request additional guest tickets beyond 4, you may fill out this form. Please note that this is a request only and awarding of additional tickets cannot be guaranteed. Once celebration registration closes, we will assess capacity and determine if we can honor additional ticket requests after March 27. Any additional tickets will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis and will be found in your Tassel account.

Please note that all celebrations will be livestreamed on our celebrations website for those unable to attend in person.

Is there any accommodation for guests with special needs at the event?

Closed captioning will be provided both during the live event and the livestream

When registering for your event via the Tassel form, please do let us know on that form any other special accommodations (mobility, support, dietary, etc) for yourself or your guests we may need to be aware of.
