Behroozi Wins TSL Dissertation Award
MIE Assistant Professor Mehdi Behroozi won the Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) Society’s Dissertation Award at INFORMS Annual Meeting 2017 in Houston, TX. This award is the oldest and most prestigious honor for doctoral dissertations in the transportation science and logistics area.

Behroozi Places 2nd in Nicholson Paper Competition
MIE Assistant Professor Mehdi Behroozi won 2nd prize at the INFORMS George Nicholson Paper Competition. With over 100 applications, this is the most important INFORMS competition for recent graduates.
Behroozi Wins Best Student Paper Award at ENRE
MIE Assistant Professor Mehdi Behroozi won the Energy, Natural Resources, and the Environment (ENRE) Best Student Paper award for his paper on "Household-level economies of scale in sustainable transportation". The award will be presented at the INFORMS Annual Meeting in Nashville in November.
