Exploring Forwarding & Caching Algorithms

ECE Associate Professor Edmund Yeh was awarded half of a $500,000 NSF grant to study the fundamental limits of caching and forwarding, as well as the design of practical and robust algorithms for optimizing the use of bandwidth and storage in data-centric networks. The award will be shared equally between Professor Yeh's lab at Northeastern University and collaborators at California Institute of Technology.
