ECE Associate Professor Taskin Padir’s robots research, titled, “Making Robots that Can Work with Their Hands,” is featured in The Conversation, highlighting innovations to boost manufacturing competitiveness.

Professor Padir’s research interests include modeling and control of robot systems, human-in-the-loop robot control, and realization of medical cyber-physical systems. He is the director of the RIVeR Laboratory.
