Mishra Receives Master’s Student Award in Leadership
Shweta Mishra, MS’24, information systems, is the recipient of the 2024 Master’s Student Award in Leadership, which honors exceptional leadership skills, positively impacting the academic community, projects, or extracurricular activities.
Mishra has exemplified remarkable leadership qualities through her academic and extracurricular involvement. Her journey from narrating Indian mythologies to her peers to mentoring over 30 colleagues in public speaking at the Barclays Pune Toastmasters Club highlights her growth as an empathetic leader dedicated to making a positive impact one peer at a time.
At Northeastern, Mishra has significantly contributed as a CommLab Fellow, aiding over 100 graduate students in enhancing their technical communication and professional skills.
