Padir Serves as General Chair for SSRR 2025
ECE Professor Taskin Padir served as the General Chair for the IEEE International Symposium on Safety, Security, and Rescue Robotics which was held Oct 29-31, 2025. The International Symposium on Safety, Security, and Rescue Robotics was started in 2002 with a special mission to bring together roboticists and practitioners, where academics can present practically-oriented research addressing existing domain needs and engage with agencies, responders, and companies.
