Prof. Bernal gives keynote lecture at EVACES
Professor Dionisio Bernal gave one of the keynote lectures at the 4th International Conference on Experimental Vibration Analysis For Civil Engineering Structures (EVACES), in Varenna, Italy. The title of his lecture was "A Null Space Strategy to Damage Localization". The EVACES Conference covered all major aspects of the experimental vibrations analysis, including dynamic testing and monitoring of bridges, vibration tests of civil engineering structures and wind-excited structures.
