Prof. Busnaina to give Keynote at International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society Conference

Distinguished University Professor Ahmed Busnaina will deliver the keynote presentation entitled “High-rate nano and microscale printing of electronics and sensors” at the 2016 International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society's RF and Manufacturing Packaging (RaMP) Workshop in San Diego, CA on April 6, 2016.

The objective of the RaMP Workshop is to provide a unique forum that brings together scientists, engineers, manufacturing, academia, and business people from around the world who work in the area of RF and Microwave packaging technologies. International interest in this topic is demonstrated by the co-sponsoring of the workshop by IMAPS-United Kingdom and the fact that many of the speakers are from China.

In conjunction with his trip to IMAPs, Dr. Busnaina will also be speaking in Texas at the NSF Nanosystems Engineering Research Center for Nanomanufacturing Systems for Mobile Computing and Mobile Energy Technologies (NASCENT). NASCENT is based at the University of Texas in Austin and is a partnership with University of New Mexico, University of California at Berkley, Indian Institute of Science, and Seoul National University.  NASCENT focuses on reliable and versatile nanomanufacturing systems, mobile computing technologies for healthcare, communication and education.
