Prof. Hellweger Leads Workshop on Individual-based Ecology of Microbes
On June 8-10, 2011, researchers from around the world came together at the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis (NIMBioS) at the University of Tennessee- Knoxville to discuss individual-based ecology of microbes. Organized by Professor Ferdi Hellweger and several colleagues, the workshop focused on the motivation, challenges and opportunities for this emerging field.
