Ruhollah Heydari Receives 2015 NEDSI Best Ph.D. Student Presentation Award

Ruhollah Heydari, a Ph.D. student in Industrial Engineering received the Best PhD Student Presentation Award at the 2015 Northeast Decision Sciences Institute Conference (NEDSI) for the joint paper with his Advisor, Professor Emanuel Melachrinoudis, "Empty Railcar Distribution Problem as a Multi-Commodity Capacitated Network Flow Model".
