Unpicking the Proteome in Single Cells

Nikolai Slavov

BioE Assistant Professor Nikolai Slavov’s research into using single-cell mass-spectrometry methods for high-throughput analysis of proteins is featured in the Science article “Unpicking the proteome in single cells.” Single-cell nucleic acid sequencing has become an essential biomedical research tool. Now the Slavov laboratory makes a strong case in Science that single-cell proteomics will yield another dimension of vital insights.
