About

Lusine is a Boston-based Academic Advisor who supports PhD students across graduate engineering programs.

Lusine is originally from Armenia. She earned her combined bachelor and master’s degree in Linguistics from the Yerevan State Institute of Foreign Languages and her master’s degree in International Relations from Tufts University, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. As a mid-career professional she recently graduated from the Harvard Business School executive program for Leadership Development.

With a strong passion for empowering youth through learning and excellence, Lusine has been teaching, advising, and coaching international students across borders and cross-disciplines for the last 20 years. In parallel to academic practices, she had a dynamic career in public and non-profit sectors, volunteered on university and school boards. She co-founded EduCompass educational consultancy to encourage and help youth to pursue higher education.

She is a mom of three daughters. She loves fine arts and music.
