Dr. Cristine McMartin-Miller is a Teaching Professor at Northeastern University, holding a PhD from Purdue University. With over 20 years of professional experience, she specializes in areas such as English as a second language, professional communication, linguistics, writing, and public speaking. At Northeastern, she leads CSYE 6700, also known as ‘Technical Writing’ or ‘Communication for Engineers’.

Dr. McMartin-Miller is deeply passionate about her work at Northeastern, particularly inengaging with its diverse student community. Beyond her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Miller actively contributes to the university’s academic ecosystem by overseeing the International Tutoring Center.
