Arij Rached

About

Arij holds the Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Northeastern University. She has earned a Master of Science degree in Management from Cambridge College. She joined Northeastern University in March 2023 and is currently an assistant cooperative coordinator in the College of Engineering in Multidisciplinary Graduate Engineering coop. Arij speaks three languages and has lived and worked in many different countries. She is a dynamic leader whose primary goal is to increase the performance of her team. Through her understanding to the decision-making paths, she was given the opportunity to hold different leadership and management positions in the banking industry in Greater Boston.

Arij Rached is an independent researcher, writer, and an experienced relationship manager. She has several publications in the Journal of Research Initiatives and has been reviewing academic research papers at Fayetteville State University since 2021.
