Russell Wesdorp

About

Russell is a Boston-based Senior Academic Advisor in the COE and co-advisor to the COE Master’s Council.  Russell has spent the last decade working in Residential Life as a paraprofessional and professional.  He most recently served as a Residence Hall Director at Syracuse University where he oversaw the Engineering and Computer Science, Architecture, Health & Exercise Science, and Sophomore STEM Learning Communities.  Russell holds a Masters of Information Science with a focus in Library Services and has worked in libraries at SUNY Albany, RPI, and Albany College of Pharmacy.   In his free time Russell loves reading, playing/watching video games, and spending time outdoors.  Some of the outdoor activities he enjoys are hiking, camping, and swimming.  Russell is also passionate about food whether that is cooking, learning about it, or eating it! Food recommendations are encouraged!
