Embracing Opportunity and Giving Back
Franklin Ollivierre, E’26, civil engineering, has been deeply invested in the College of Engineering’s programs ever since he joined the Young Scholars’ Program as a high school student. Now in his third year and on his second co-op, he has embraced a community that he is eager to give back to.

Bioengineering Students Receive Fulbright Scholarships
Bioengineering students Emin Abrahamian, E’24, Benjamin Field, E’24, and Matthew Hiller, E’24, received Fulbrights—scholarships that are awarded to exceptional students to research, study, or teach English abroad, and fosters diplomacy and mutual understanding between the U.S. and other countries.

2024 Condit Award
Dominic Pizzarella, E’25, chemical engineering and biochemistry, won the Sears B. Condit Award, which is awarded annually to one student from each of Northeastern’s undergraduate day colleges and is one of the highest honors that a junior or senior at Northeastern University can receive.
