David E. Luzzi has assumed new responsibilities as founding executive director of Northeastern’s Strategic Security Initiative. Dr. Luzzi, who joined the university in 2007 as dean of engineering, will play a key role in advancing security-related research and collaborations to drive Northeastern’s national leadership in this critical domain.
