ECE Professor Edmund Yeh Co-Recipient of Best Paper Award

ECE Associate Professor Edmund Yeh is a co-recipient of the Best Paper Award at the 2015 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) Communication Theory Symposium, London, UK.  IEEE ICC is a flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society. 

The paper, titled "Optimization-Based Linear Network Coding for General Connections of Continuous Flows," was co-authored by former Northeastern postdoc Ying Cui, Muriel Medard (MIT), Douglas Leith (Trinity College Dublin), and Ken Duffy (National University of Ireland Maynooth). A total of 3342 papers were submitted to IEEE ICC 2015, with Professor Yeh's paper taking top prize.
