Fu Receives IEEE CIS Outstanding Early Career Award
ECE & CCIS Associate Professor Y. Raymond Fu has been recognized by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) as the awardee of 2016 IEEE CIS Outstanding Early Career Award, for contributions to neural computing, manifold learning, and visual intelligence.
This international award is very competitive, which is given to only one outstanding young investigator globally each year who contributed to the advancement of theory, technologies, and/or applications of computational intelligence. Fu will be recognized in 2016 IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence in in Vancouver, Canada.
