Northeastern Team Wins Grand Prize at MassRobotics Competition
A Northeastern University student team won first place at the MassRobotics Form & Function Robotics Challenge, receiving the $10,000 grand prize. They competed against 16 teams from universities across the globe.

At the 2024 Geothermal Collegiate Competition, organized by the Department of Energy, the Husky Heat Harvesters team of students from the Northeastern University Energy Systems Society won first place in the technical track and an honorable mention for the best video.

MSIS Program Prepares for Technology Career
Riya Singh, MS’25, information systems, completed a co-op as a data analyst at Werfen, a medical diagnostics company, developed an application called BingeWatch as part of a class project, and had a leadership role in student government. Now she’s ready for a career in the technology industry.
